Early in the 1970s, Hazrat Alhaj Ghulam Quadir Ganipuri founded the institution in accordance with the wish of his extraordinary holiness spiritual master Hazrat Abdul Gani Sadequee Bhaderwahi, as a humble establishment catering to the educational needs of the surrounding rural community with limited resources and crumbling infrastructure. This institution was established in a bushy area, where majestic tigers and other wild animals roamed freely during the day and Hazrat worked tirelessly to transform the institution into a beacon of education. Education here was rare. The institution was informally established as a mobile maktab in the village of Bhatyas, followed by Dewhara and other locations around.
